Try looking for any information etched on the lamp, in the user manual, or on old packaging.
You can also fill in one of our ID SHEETS with any physical and electric information you have. Once we have the part number we will be able to do the rest!
While we do have an extensive cross reference database, there may be a chance we will need a sample lamp if you do not have a part number available or if it is not in our system yet.
Requesting a sample lamp is a simple process that ensures we are able to determine the exact specifications of your lamp in order to make it for you.
While a new lamp would be ideal, we can get the information we need from a used lamp, as long as it still fires up.
Before safely packing up your sample lamp, if possible please complete a SAMPLE REQUEST FORM and enclose it in the box with the lamp.
We also recommend taking extra precaution to pack the lamp safely to ensure it arrives to us in one piece.
If you have the time – feel free to send us an email with the tracking number as well.
This will help us to plan in advance to ensure your lamp gets reviewed ASAP.

The average time for samples to be processed is 3 weeks.
Along with the standard lead time of 3-4 weeks for lamps that need to be made we ask that if you have an urgent need to please let us know and we will do our best to expedite the process.
