It’s Memorial Day weekend and we wanted to recognize and thank all the service men and women who gave their all to ensure our freedom. Did you know that UV and IR lamps are used in the process of manufacturing military vehicles? UV curing lamps are used for different functional and aesthetic components like headlamp lenses, electronic components, and trim pieces. This allows for these components to be cured quickly and also be scratch and chemical resistant. IR drying lamps are used to dry exterior paint and coatings and offers a much quicker solution to air drying.
